When you complete the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
Server logs
Our hosting provider retains standard web server access logs, which may include IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and are used only for security and performance diagnostics.
Cookies
This site uses a single first-party cookie (rc_cookie_consent) to store your cookie preference. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set. If you click Reject on the cookie banner, only a preference cookie recording that rejection is stored.
Legal basis
Processing of contact form data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. Server log processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining site security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Cookie preference records expire after 365 days (accepted) or 30 days (rejected).
Your rights

Third parties
This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking script. Images are loaded from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org), which may log your IP address under the Wikimedia Foundation's own privacy policy.
